Elizabeth Ruthmansdorfer, a 2003 graduate of Marquette University Law School, joined our firm as an associate in May 2007. Elizabeth concentrates her practice in the areas of lifetime and estate planning, which includes Wills, trusts, including special needs trusts, powers of attorney, probate and trust administration, and tax planning and preparation. Elizabeth also assists clients with elder law issues including Title19/Medicaid planning. In addition, she practices guardianship law, serving as guardian ad litem, petitioner, or third party advocate. Elizabeth is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers. She is currently serving on the Probate Bench Bar for the Milwaukee Bar Association. Elizabeth is a frequent speaker concerning lifetime and estate planning and elder law topics and has been a featured lecturer at programs and events sponsored by the Milwaukee Bar Association, National Business Institute, professional associations and community organizations. Elizabeth is currently serving as the President of the Milwaukee Aging Consortium.
