Stephen Lasky joined Moertl, Wilkins & Campbell, S.C. as an associate in 2008. Stephen focuses his practice in lifetime and estate planning, which includes elder law, probate, wills and trusts, and guardianship. He also counsels clients in the area of real estate. Stephen received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University, graduating summa cum laude in May, 2004, majoring in psychology. He graduated from Marquette University Law School in May, 2007. Prior to entering private practice, Stephen served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Dwyer of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court, 1st Judicial District. Stephen has also sat on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Franklin and served as a member of the Wisconsin State Bar's Solo and Small Firm Practice Committee. Stephen is a frequent speaker concerning lifetime and estate planning and elder law topics and has been a featured lecturer at programs and events sponsored by the Milwaukee Bar Association, National Business Institute, professional associations and community organizations.
